See What folks are saying about this:
"Charisma Coaching is one of the more challenging and self-revelatory experiences I have encountered in my business career. There is a reason that we don't like to watch ourselves on camera: the truth hurts. In the space of a few hours, Cathy will shine a bright light on your communication issues and provide constructive ways to resolve them. Don't fear the unblinking eye of the camera. You will leave the studio a stronger person."

My Bio
Currently the casting director and rights associate at LA Theatre Works.
I have been working in Hollywood since the early '90s, working on "Frasier," "Arrested Development," "According to Jim," and many other shows, pilots and films. I also served as NBC's Manager of Casting and hold a degree in theatre arts from UCLA.
Commercial Clients with Reinking-Gregory Casting include Nike, Subway, Honda, IBM, Duracell, Boston Market, Colorado Lottery, Dish, and many, many others.
I also coach corporate executives and salesmen who benefit greatly from my Top Ten Secrets of Charisma. If you haven't tried Charisma Coaching yet, you're in for a transforming experience.
Being a superior communicator is not just about confidence or knowledge, "moving people" is also about Vulnerability, Humility, Concentrating on the Other Person . . . and 7 other secrets learned in Hollywood.
Oh, and I was actually born in Hollywood. Yep, a true native. But I have lived and worked all over the country so have a true perspective on what it means to work in smaller markets as well as the "Big Time."

See What Others Are Saying:
"Cathy Reinking has one of the sharpest eyes I have ever worked with. I love working with her in casting or teaching acting - Cathy knows talent and the market, and puts both strengths to use."
-Mitchell Gossett (UTA)
"As someone who has coached actors for film and television auditions in Los Angeles for the last 14 years, I can honestly say Cathy's book says it all! Everything you need to know about what to expect, and everything you need to improve your auditioning skills immediately, is in this book. I also love the fact that there is no extraneous B.S! She keeps it simple and clear with no confusing and useless information. Too many "how to' books about the business "talk too much' and give actors directives that do nothing but confound the process. I highly recommend Cathy's book to every actor auditioning, or thinking about auditioning for film and television anywhere in the world. I would also recommend it to every acting teacher and coach as well!"

"Call it coincidence, but less than a week after reading this book I had three auditions and landed a role in a major play. No, this book won't guarantee you a role or an acting career. However, if you take the suggestions from a highly successful casting director to heart and apply them, you will be the better off for it.
The book is engaging and an easy read. You gain a fresh and important view from the other side of "The Room." You see what the casting director sees and understand what the producer is looking for from the talent in "The Room." Nearly all aspects of acting are covered from television to film to theater. Even subtle differences in comedy and dramatic TV are covered.
If you are serious about acting on any level this is your book."
-Jeff Fritz, Actor
"As both a writer and a producer of television, I can say without a doubt Cathy's insight is invaluable. Her experience in theater, film and television gives
Cathy a perspective that can't be beat. I trust her judgment and will always
seriously consider her actor referrals."

"I believe what you have to share is so valuable to actors and your book is GOLD. Thank you."
Joy Ann Mahaffey, actor.
